How it works
Codes with an expiry date
- 1 Create Create the code in the admin, or let a booking generate it for you.
- 2 Send The code goes by SMS or email to the right person. Never a note in the break room.
- 3 Use The recipient enters the code on their phone at the door. Use is logged with time and code.
- 4 Expires The code stops working on its own — after the visit, the day or the booking's end time.

Good to know
Do we need a keypad at the door?
No. The code is entered on the phone via the QR at the door. No wall hardware, nothing that can be vandalised.
Can a code be reused?
You decide: single-use, valid for a window, or until you revoke it. Everything is logged either way.
When should you pick a code over BankID?
When the recipient has no BankID, or the flow needs to be as simple as possible — couriers, international guests, one-off visits. For everything else we recommend verified access.
Can we run codes and BankID on the same door?
Yes — for example BankID for customers and a time-limited code for deliveries, at the same time.
