AI retail system · JOBBS AI
The retail system with AI at its core.
A store collects a lot of numbers, but who has time to dig through them? JOBBS AI lives in the retail system and knows your numbers: sales, range, stock, shrinkage, campaigns, bookings and who comes through the door. Type the question the way you'd say it, and you get an answer right away.
Why AI in the retail system
The store's challenges, solved with a question
No store manager on site
In an unmanned or lightly staffed store, nobody sees what's running out, what's sitting still or why the door says no. JOBBS AI does, whenever you ask.
The numbers live in four systems
The till, the stock, the door and the bookings are usually different vendors. In JOBBS they're one platform, which is why the AI can answer questions that span several of them.
No time for reports
Pulling reports, stitching them together and working them in a spreadsheet takes an afternoon. Asking takes a few seconds.
The margin disappears quietly
Dead stock, shrinkage and campaigns that only sold cheaper rarely show up before the year-end. JOBBS AI points them out while you can still act.
New: JOBBS AI
Ask your store. It answers.
JOBBS AI lives in the admin portal. It knows the whole system and your own numbers: sales, range, stock, shrinkage, campaigns, bookings and who comes in. Ask the way you'd ask a colleague, and you get the answer with tables and charts.

JOBBS AI
What you can ask about
The AI reads the same data the admin portal shows and counts the same way. It always says which period it looked at and what the figure means. It can also explain how things work in JOBBS, step by step.
- Sales & trends
- Revenue per day, hour, weekday and store, compared with the previous period. The arrows show which way it's going.
- Range & margin
- What sells, what sits still and what each item earns. And what should go.
- Stock, shrinkage & reordering
- What's running out, what to order from whom, stock value and shrinkage by reason.
- Campaigns, cards & subscriptions
- Which campaign paid off, gift cards about to expire, payments that failed.
- Access & security
- Who gets denied and why, locks that are offline and keys about to expire. You can also unlock a door just by asking.
- Booking & occupancy
- Occupancy per resource, the most popular times, cancellations and revenue per booking.
Examples
Questions that used to take an afternoon in Excel
JOBBS AI pulls from sales, stock, campaigns and the entry log in one answer. That used to take four reports and a spreadsheet.
-
Did the autumn campaign pay off, or did we just sell cheaper?
Compares the campaign period with the one before: volume, discount in kronor and what was left over.
-
When during the day do we earn the most? Would longer Friday hours pay off?
Puts sales per hour and weekday next to the entry log's visits and the attempts denied outside opening hours.
-
Why did shrinkage go up in September, and on which items?
Shrinkage by reason and item, valued at cost, against the month before.
-
Compare the stores: which has the best average basket, and which is slipping?
Revenue, purchases and average basket per store, with the change against the previous period.
-
Which gift cards expire this month, and how much is left on them?
Cards about to expire, with balance and last day. Who owns them is never shown.
-
What do I need to deal with today?
The health check, late reports, offline locks and campaigns ending, most urgent first.
Trust
It helps. It doesn't take over.
- Read-only. The AI can't create, change or delete anything in the system. It's blocked in several layers, right down to the database.
- Only your company. Every question is locked to the company you're signed in to. It can't see other companies' figures.
- No personal data. Customers are counted, not named. Names, personal ID numbers and contact details are never sent to the AI.
- You confirm. If something should happen, like unlocking a door, you press the button yourself. The answer comes from the lock, not the AI.
FAQ
Questions about JOBBS AI
What is an AI retail system?
A retail system where AI is part of the system itself, not an add-on. In JOBBS, the AI assistant is built into the admin portal and reads the same data as the till, the stock, the door and the bookings. You can ask in plain language and get answers with figures, tables and charts.
What can I ask JOBBS AI?
Anything about your sales, range, stock and shrinkage, campaigns, gift cards, punch cards and subscriptions, bookings and occupancy, entries and security. And how things work in JOBBS. For example: which products sold worst in October, what do I need to order before the weekend, did the campaign pay off, why were people denied at the entrance.
Can the AI change anything in my system?
No. JOBBS AI can only read. It can't create, change or delete anything. That's blocked in several layers, right down to the database. The only thing it helps you do is unlock a door, and then you press and confirm yourself.
Does the AI see other companies' data?
No. Every question is locked to the company you're signed in to, and that's checked on every read.
Is my customers' personal data sent to the AI?
No. Customers, entries and bookings are counted, not named. Names, personal ID numbers, phone numbers and email addresses are never sent to the AI.
How do I know the numbers are right?
The answers are built on your own data, and the AI always says which period and what the figure is, for example including or excluding VAT. It counts the way the admin portal counts and can explain how a figure was produced.
Do I need to install anything?
No. JOBBS AI is in the admin portal, on desktop and on your phone. Open the chat and ask a question.
