How it works

From member to open door

  1. 1 Join & verify The member signs up and verifies with BankID. No fob to mail out.
  2. 2 The door opens At the entrance the member verifies and the door opens — around the clock, with no staff on site.
  3. 3 Book classes & resources Classes, PT slots and resources are booked in the app. A booking can control access to a room or studio.
  4. 4 Membership & payment Memberships, punch cards and purchases are paid in the app — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Swish. The accounting is done.

Access, booking and payment — in one system

Access around the clock Our controller connects to the door you already have. BankID at the entrance means access can't be passed on.
Booking of classes & resources Book classes, PT slots and rooms. A booking can open the right door at the right time, with no staff at all.
Membership & payment Recurring memberships, punch cards and one-off purchases in the app. Receipts and a SIE4 export are created automatically.
Traceability if something happens Every visit is logged against a verified person. In an incident you know who was inside — not just that the door was used.

Good to know

Does the member need to download an app?

Not to get in — the door opens with BankID straight from the phone. The app is used for booking, membership and payment. Anyone without BankID can be let in with a time-limited door code under your rules.

Can we be staffed by day and unstaffed at night?

Yes. The gym switches between modes on a schedule, with its own rules per mode — for example only members getting in during unstaffed hours.

How do we know who was inside during an incident?

Every opening is tied to the person who verified. You get a log per visit, which makes follow-up simple and deters misuse.

Can members share their access?

No. BankID is the person's own identity and can't be lent out like a fob or code. That keeps unauthorised people out without you collecting anything.
