Reliability & uptime

What should be open stays open

Unmanned operation lives or dies on the system working when no one is on site. Here's how we keep the doors running — and where we publish how it's going.

Monitored around the clock A published uptime measurement will appear here.

How we keep it running

Built not to stop

Monitored around the clock

Every controller reports its health continuously via telemetry. Deviations are caught and handled before they become a stop at the door.

Resilient, monitored operation

Our own controller handles power outages and transient glitches itself and rolls back a broken update on its own. If the hardware breaks, we see it and act — support and operations are included.

One supplier, one support line

Locks, access, payment and accounting are run by us — not five systems to call between when something goes wrong. One number, whichever site it is.

Incidents

Open about what hasn't gone to plan

No reported incidents. When something happens we'll publish the date, impact and remedy here.

Common questions about reliability

Is operation monitored around the clock?

Yes. Every device reports its health via telemetry and we see status centrally, around the clock. A published uptime measurement will appear on this page.

Where is our data run and stored?

On Swedish cloud infrastructure and processed under GDPR. If you need material on the hosting environment and sub-processors for procurement — get in touch and we'll walk it through. More on our security page.

What happens if a controller loses its connection?

The box keeps working locally and reconnects on its own. Faults are logged and handled, and if an update misbehaves it rolls back automatically.

Need the material for procurement?

We'll walk through the hosting environment, monitoring and data protection for your process.
