Three products, one platform. No hidden fees.
JOBBS Retail makes the store unmanned — the customer signs in with BankID, scans on their phone and pays, with the accounting already done. The same platform runs JOBBS Passage (mobile access control with BankID) and JOBBS Booking (a booking that opens the door). Passage has a clear monthly price from SEK 595/mo. Retail and Booking we quote to your operation.

Hardware
JOBBS Lockswitch
A cloud-connected controller with 4 relays and 4 digital inputs. It wires into the door setup you already have — driving locks, barriers, lighting and sauna units. Paid once — together with JOBBS Passage (from SEK 595/mo) it's everything you need for your first door.
More about the hardwareNo hidden setup fee, no service contract, no IT consultant. Variable transaction fees apply per BankID verification and card payment — no other extras.

How fast do you get your investment back?
Worked examples with open assumptions — illustrations, not guarantees. We'll work out your own figure together.
Passage instead of managing keys
Assume: one site, one door, with a steady turnover of members or tenants. A lost key often costs over a thousand kronor to rekey, and fobs, receipts and admin eat working hours — say SEK 1,500/mo in total. Passage at SEK 595/mo + Lockswitch at SEK 3,995 once replaces that.
Net saving ~SEK 905/mo. The hardware pays for itself in roughly 3–4 months — then it's pure saving.
Paid entry at hours you don't staff
Assume: a changing room or a padel court opens unmanned in the evenings. Passage 595 + payment gate 495 = SEK 1,090/mo, plus Lockswitch SEK 3,995 once. Just 5 day passes at SEK 100 a week brings ~SEK 2,000/mo in new revenue.
Net ~SEK 900/mo after the subscription, before variable transaction fees. The box pays for itself in roughly 3–4 months — and every pass beyond that is margin, without a single extra staffing hour.
Hours you couldn't staff become revenue
Assume: the store stays open unmanned for 6 extra hours a day. Just 10 purchases at SEK 120 in those hours is ~SEK 1,200/day — hours that used to be closed, now with no staffing hour.
New sales from opening hours it didn't pay to staff — and lower staffing cost on the hours you choose to leave unmanned. We'll work out what it means for your specific store.
Fewer systems, fewer missed slots
Assume: a padel hall swaps a booking system plus a separate lock for one platform. The door opens automatically at the booked time, so staff no longer let people in — and unpaid no-shows become paid bookings.
One system subscription instead of two, no let-in hours, and full occupancy even at unmanned times. We'll cost it against your number of courts and hours.

Traditional access systems cost more than they look
A classic access system usually means a local server, a service contract, an IT consultant and fobs to administer. And even modern alternatives leave booking, payment and accounting to other vendors — with JOBBS it's all one monthly fee with one counterparty.
Businesses that switch drop the local server, the service contract and the IT consultant — and often see a clearly lower total cost over time.
Pricing FAQ
Good to know
How fast do we get our investment back?
It depends on the product. For Passage we can be concrete: at SEK 595/mo and SEK 3,995 for the hardware, our worked examples often recover the box in 3–4 months when you replace key management or open a paid unmanned entry. For Retail and Booking the value is in unmanned opening hours, fewer staffed hours and round-the-clock sales — we'll work out your figure in a demo.
Why isn't the price shown for Retail and Booking?
Because a fair price depends on your operation. The price depends on scope — store size and range, or the number of resources and doors. Rather than a number that fits no one, we put together a proposal that fits you — get in touch and we'll cost it.
What does an access system with BankID cost?
JOBBS Passage is SEK 595/month and includes one door, the cloud platform, every way to open — BankID, QR, door code, intercom and SMS — the log, support and automatic updates. Extra doors are SEK 149/month each. To charge at the door, add the payment gate for SEK 495/month. Variable transaction fees apply per BankID verification and card payment.
Are there installation or setup fees?
The subscription itself has no setup fee and no service contract. What's added is the JOBBS Lockswitch controller (SEK 3,995 once) and two prerequisites at the door: an internet connection and an electric lock — an electric strike or motor lock. If the door already has an electric lock, the controller simply wires in. If not, an electrician handles the installation; typically around SEK 20,000–30,000 including the lock itself — a one-time cost via our installation partners, not a fee from us.
Can I charge at the door?
Yes. Add the payment gate for SEK 495/month and the door opens only once the guest has paid, is a member or holds a valid booking. Ideal for day passes, drop-in and unmanned entries — payment happens on the customer's own phone.
Is it cheaper than a traditional access system?
Often, yes. You avoid the local server, the service contract and the IT consultant — support, operations and updates are in the monthly fee. What that means in kronor depends on your current contract — we'll work it out together in a demo.
