The clubhouse — booked and unlocked without a key

No more chasing keys and changing codes. The member books the hall and verifies with BankID for their slot, so the door opens by itself. The board grants and revokes access centrally and sees who was there — without anyone having to be on site to unlock.

How it works

From booking to log

  1. 1 Member books hall & time The booking happens in the app or on the web. You decide who can book what and when.
  2. 2 Verify with BankID At the door the member verifies with BankID — the same login they use for their bank.
  3. 3 The door opens for the slot Right person, right time. The door opens by itself and access covers only the booked period.
  4. 4 Log to the board Who booked and opened is logged. Access can be revoked instantly if something changes.

Built for clubs run by volunteers

Booking per member & time Members book the hall themselves. The booking can open the door for the valid time — no schedule to administer by hand.
BankID instead of a key No bunch of keys to hand out and collect. The key is the member's own identity and can't be spread.
Access controlled centrally Grant and revoke access instantly as members come and go — by role and time, from the browser.
Traceable for the board A log per visit, tied to the identity. That makes follow-up simple and protects the premises.

FAQ

Good to know

Do we avoid handing out and collecting keys?

Yes. Members get in with BankID for their booked slot, so there's no physical key or fob to administer. Access is granted and revoked instantly in the platform.

Can we see who booked and used the hall?

Yes. Every booking and opening is logged against the member. The board has a clear history without anyone keeping it by hand.

Can different members have different access?

Yes. You set access per role, room and time — for example only the board getting into storage, while all members can book the main room.

Does it work for members without BankID?

Yes. Anyone without BankID can get a time-limited door code valid for the booked slot. You choose which ways to open are allowed.

How does a volunteer-run club make it pay?

Passage is priced at SEK 595/mo and the controller at SEK 3,995 once. Many clubs let rentals carry the cost — whoever books the hall pays right on their phone, and the treasurer gets receipts and accounting records with no manual work.
