All-in-one — but open to the systems you already run

JOBBS brings retail, access, booking and payment into one platform, so you don't have to piece four systems together. But the platform doesn't stand alone: it connects to your accounting, your business system, your locks and your shelf labels — so the unstaffed store fits into what you already have.

Updated 5 July 2026 Only integrations we actually run

Payment

The customer pays on their own phone — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Swish.

Adyen Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay. The settlement is posted and reconciled per payout.
Swish Swish payment straight from the checkout, with the same receipt and bookkeeping as card purchases.

Accounting & business systems

Sales are posted automatically and the file lands in the system you already run.

Fortnox A finished SIE4 file with fees reconciled — imported into Fortnox with no after-the-fact fixing.
Visma The same SIE4 file works straight into Visma bookkeeping.
Specter Connection to the Specter business system for items and sales data.

Locks & access

The same BankID sign-in governs the door, whatever lock or controller you have.

JOBBS Lockswitch Our own control box that makes any existing door unstaffed — without replacing the lock.
Yale Doorman Opening of Yale Doorman locks straight from the app after BankID sign-in.
Axis Network-based door controllers from Axis for entrances and gates.
Telcred Access via Telcred for sites already running their controllers.
OpenPath Door opening via OpenPath for buildings with their access infrastructure.

Store & shelf

Prices and assortment stay in sync between the system and the store shelf.

Pricer Electronic shelf labels (ESL) — change the price in the system and the shelf label updates.

Identity

Sign-in that holds — at the door and at checkout.

BankID Swedish BankID identifies the customer at entry and underpins age control and traceability.

FAQ

Integrations — frequently asked questions

Is JOBBS an open or a closed system?

Both — in the way that benefits you. Retail, access, booking and payment are in one platform so you don't have to piece parts together, but the platform also connects to the systems you already run: accounting, business systems, locks and shelf labels.

Can I keep my accounting system?

Yes. Sales are posted automatically and a SIE4 file is generated with fees reconciled, ready to import into Fortnox or Visma. You don't change accounting systems to go unstaffed.

Does it work with my existing lock or access system?

Often yes. Our own control box JOBBS Lockswitch makes any door unstaffed without you replacing the lock, and we also connect to Yale Doorman, Axis, Telcred and OpenPath. Tell us what you have and we'll walk through what applies.

Are you missing an integration I need?

Get in touch. We keep expanding the connections and prioritise based on what customers actually run — describe your system and we'll get back to you on what's possible.

What do the integrations cost?

The connections are part of each product — accounting and payment in JOBBS Handel, the lock integrations in the access system. Get in touch for a quote based on your setup.
