Booking for tools and equipment

Tools, measuring instruments, trailers and meeting rooms are booked by staff themselves. A booking can open the store room, locker or room for the booked time, so nobody has to hand out keys. You see who has booked what, and with several offices each one is set up as its own unit in the same company.

How it works

From booking to collected equipment

  1. 1 Staff sign in Staff are added as users and book in the app or the browser. They see straight away what's available.
  2. 2 Book the resource Tools, machines, vehicles and rooms are set up as resources with their own bookable times. Double bookings are stopped.
  3. 3 The store room opens For the booked time the booking can open the store room, locker or room through our controller. When the time is up, access ends.
  4. 4 You see who has what Every booking is tied to a person. You can see who has a machine right now and when the booking ends.

Booking and access in one system

Own times per resource Every resource has its own bookable times. Time for service or maintenance is blocked internally, so nobody books a machine that's in the workshop.
Keys without handovers A booking can issue a digital key or open a door through the controller. Nobody has to be on site to hand anything over.
Several offices, one company Each office becomes its own unit under the parent company, with its own resources and users. The administrator switches between offices in the same login.
Traceable Every booking and opening is tied to a named person. If something is missing you know who had it last.

Good to know

Can staff book on their own phone?

Yes. Staff are added as users and book resources in the app or the browser. They see straight away what's available, and a resource can't be booked by two people at once.

Can a booking open a store room or locker?

Yes, if it has an electric lock. Our controller connects to the lock, and the booking gives access for the booked time. When the time is up, access ends.

We have several offices. How is that set up?

Each office becomes its own unit under the parent company, with its own resources and users. The administrator switches between offices without signing out. Statistics and reports are shown per office.

Do we need an access system to use booking?

No. Booking works for resources that aren't behind a door, like a trailer or a measuring instrument. The controller is only added where the booking should open something.
