The whole campsite, self-service
A reception that never closes. Guests check in on their phone and get their door code, shop in the unmanned kiosk with self-scanning, and book the sauna or laundry — the door opens for the booked slot. Payment happens on the phone, and your staff can spend their time on guests instead of key handovers.
How it works
A guest's day at the campsite
- 1 Check in — even late Guests check in on their phone and get a door code valid for their stay. Late arrivals don't wait for the reception to open.
- 2 Get in with a code or BankID Service building, laundry or pool area — guests enter their door code or verify with BankID. Access ends at check-out.
- 3 Shop in the kiosk The kiosk is unmanned: guests scan their items and pay on the phone — Swish, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Receipts meet Swedish cash register rules.
- 4 Book the sauna & laundry Guests book and pay in the app, and the door opens for the booked slot. No key to collect and return.

FAQ
Good to know
Can guests check in when the reception is closed?
Yes. Guests check in on their phone and get a door code valid for the stay — late arrivals get in without waiting and without key handovers. The code stops working at check-out.
Does the guest need BankID?
No. International guests and anyone without BankID use a door code, QR or SMS. You choose which ways to open apply per door.
How does booking the sauna and laundry work?
Guests book and pay in the app, and the door opens for the booked slot. When the time is up, access ends — no keys to administer and no double bookings.
Does the kiosk meet Swedish cash register rules with no staff?
Yes. Guests scan their items and pay with Swish, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Receipts meet the requirements and sales are booked automatically with a SIE4 export.
How does pricing work for a campsite with many doors and a short season?
The access system is priced at SEK 595/mo for the site with one door and SEK 149/mo per extra door — service buildings, saunas and barriers count per door. Send us your site map and season and we'll cost the full year together.
