The customer verifies with BankID at the door and it opens. Anyone without BankID can enter a time-limited door code if you allow it. Every opening is logged per person.

How does the customer pay with no till?

The customer scans the items on their phone and pays with Swish, card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The receipt meets Swedish cash register rules and sales are booked automatically with a SIE4 export.

How do we keep shrinkage down with no staff?

No one gets in without verifying, and every visit is logged against a person. That deters in itself — and if something happens you know who was inside, not just that the door was used.

Can we staff the shop sometimes and run unmanned the rest?

Yes. The shop switches between staffed and unmanned modes on a schedule, with its own rules per mode — for example staffed on Saturdays and unmanned the rest of the week.

What does the shop need to get started?

Power, an internet connection to the controller and an electric lock on the door — such as an electric strike or motor lock. If the network drops, the door keeps working locally: permissions live in the controller, not only in the cloud.
