Security & trust

A system you can trust

Access, payment and accounting in one platform means trust can't be an afterthought. Every opening is verified and traceable, operations are monitored around the clock, and you control who can do what — centrally, in real time.

How we keep it secure

Trust that's built in, not bolted on

BankID on every entry Every opening is tied to a verified person — not a code that's been passed around. You get a log per visit, not just that a door was used.
Permissions controlled centrally Grant and revoke access instantly, per door, role and time. No physical fobs to collect when someone leaves — the key is digital.
Traceable, not anonymous You see who opened, which door and when. An audit trail that makes follow-up simple — and deters misuse.
Hardware watched around the clock Our own controller at the door, monitored by us. Deviations are caught and handled, often before anything shows in your operation — and support and operations are included.
Monitored around the clock Operations that stay open without staff can't afford downtime. The system is monitored around the clock and alerts on anomalies. The controller handles power outages and transient glitches itself; if something breaks, we see it and act.
Swedish cloud, under GDPR Your data runs on Swedish cloud infrastructure and is processed under GDPR. You know which jurisdiction data belongs to — not scattered across unknown countries.
Traceable finances Receipts that meet Swedish cash-register requirements and finished SIE4 accounting. Payments and access share one log — no parallel checkout system to reconcile.
One supplier, one contract Access, retail, booking and payment under one roof. Fewer counterparties and fewer integrations mean less risk of things falling through the cracks.

50 000+ returning end customers Thousands of entries every day

From identity to log

How every opening is controlled and traced

  1. 1 Identify The customer or employee verifies with BankID — or a time-limited code for those without BankID.
  2. 2 Decision by your rules The platform checks permission, time, payment or booking before anything opens. You set the rules.
  3. 3 Log & follow-up The opening is logged against the identity. Permissions can be revoked instantly if something changes.

Add-on

Camera surveillance with Ubiquiti and local AI

We complement the access solution with camera surveillance built on Ubiquiti UniFi Protect. In an unmanned store it gives you eyes on site around the clock — recorded, searchable and with real-time alerts.

Local recording & storage Video is recorded and stored locally in the store on your own device — not in the cloud. The evidence is on site if something happens.
Live remote viewing See the store live from anywhere, or rewind afterward — you never have to be on site.
Searchable footage Find the right event fast with object and keyword search. With the UniFi AI Key add-on you can search in natural language.
Event alerts Set alerts for e.g. a person in an area, a line crossing or a sound like breaking glass — with automatic actions like a notification or a floodlight.
Local AI — not the cloud All AI processing happens on site in the store, not in the cloud. That reduces data sharing with third parties and eases your data handling.
Same supplier as access Surveillance and access belong together — verified access and recorded evidence from one and the same supplier.

Camera surveillance does not in itself prevent incidents, but gives you recorded evidence, fast search and alerts. You are responsible for signage, purpose and retention under the Camera Surveillance Act — we help you get it right.

Comparing vendors?

Four questions to ask any access vendor

  • Where is the data stored and processed — and under which jurisdiction?
  • What uptime does the system run at, and is it monitored around the clock?
  • Is every opening logged against a verified person — or just against a code?
  • Does the booking open the door without a separate system?

Security FAQ

Good to know

Who can open a door?

Only someone who has verified with BankID, or holds a valid time-limited code or booking under your rules. Every opening is logged against the person who opened it.

Can we see who's been inside?

Yes. You get a log per visit tied to the identity — not just that a code was used. That makes follow-up simple and deters misuse.

Where is our data stored?

Data runs on Swedish cloud infrastructure and is processed under GDPR. If you need material on the hosting environment, sub-processors and data-controller roles for procurement or a privacy assessment — get in touch and we'll walk it through for your process.

What happens if a device fails?

Operations are monitored around the clock. The controller handles power outages and transient glitches itself, and on a genuine fault — including hardware that breaks — we see it and act, often before anything shows. Support and operations are included in the subscription.

What happens in a power or internet outage?

Permissions live in the controller — if the internet drops, the door keeps letting the right people in by the rules, and everything syncs once the connection returns. Our monitoring sees the outage immediately, and operation resumes automatically when power is back. Evacuation is unaffected — the lock sits in the door setup you already have.

Can we revoke access quickly?

Yes, instantly. Permissions are controlled centrally in the platform — no fob to collect and no code to change on site. Access stops the moment you say so.
