  1. 1. Book The customer picks a time and a resource on their phone — court, room, sauna or equipment. Free slots show up instantly.
  2. 2. Pay Payment happens in the same step by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Swish. Pay once, use a punch card or take out a subscription.
  3. 3. The door opens For the booked slot, the right door unlocks automatically with BankID in the app. No code to send, no key to hand over.
  4. 4. Access ends When the time is up, access closes itself. No one lingers, no forgotten code left working. If the booking is never confirmed, the slot is released.

FAQ

Good to know before the booking runs the door

Do we need to change locks or doors?

No — but the door needs an electric lock, such as an electric strike or motor lock, that our controller drives. If there's only a mechanical lock, you add an electric one; you keep the door.

What happens on a cancellation or no-show?

The booking is paid up front, so no-shows don't cost you. If the slot is cancelled under your rules, access is revoked automatically and the time is released to someone else.

Does it work without BankID?

Yes. Anyone without BankID can get a time-limited door code valid for the booked slot — you choose which ways to open are allowed.

Do you send a one-time code like other booking systems?

No. Many booking systems send a one-time code by SMS that can be forwarded to anyone. At JOBBS the person signs in with their own BankID at the door, so access is tied to a real identity — not a code that can be passed on. And booking, access and payment live in one platform, not booking with one vendor and the lock with another.

Can the booking system open the door automatically?

Yes — that's the whole idea. For the booked slot the right door unlocks automatically when the person signs in, and access closes itself when the time is up. Booking and access control are the same system, not two that have to talk to each other.

Can we charge — day passes, drop-in and entry fees?

Yes. The customer pays in the same step as the booking: one-off price, day pass, drop-in, entry fee, punch card or recurring subscription. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Swish, with compliant receipts and SIE4 accounting done.

Does it work for meeting rooms, coworking and venue rental?

Yes. Anything that can be booked can be unlocked — a court, a room, a sauna, a meeting room, a function room or equipment. The customer books and pays, and the door opens at the right time with BankID. You can see who's been on site.
