The JOBBS controller connects your doors, barriers and locks to the platform. We build the hardware ourselves, so the whole chain holds together: from someone signing in with BankID to the relay opening the door. No middle link in that chain to fail.

What the box handles

Built to run around the clock

Manage it all from the web Set up doors, schedules and permissions in the browser. A change takes effect in seconds, without anybody driving out to the site.
Quick to fit The controller sits by the door and connects to the strike, motor lock or barrier you already have. No rebuild.
Opens in an instant On average 47 ms from the customer's tap to the lock opening. Measured in production, and faster than a blink.
Opening hours live in the box Scheduled opening hours and buttons wired straight to the controller, such as an exit button, keep working even if the connection briefly drops. The box reconnects on its own and can be paired with a battery backup.
You see how it's doing Every controller reports status and health to the platform. We catch issues early, often before you notice a thing.
More than just locks The same box drives locks, barriers, lighting and sauna units. Schedules and rules are set per relay.
Gets better over time New capabilities arrive over the network as they ship. The box you fit today does more a year from now.

How it fits together

From phone to relay in one unbroken chain

Identification, decision and door opening live in the same system. There's no third-party link to drop the signal along the way. It runs straight from the phone to the relay, and you know who opened the door.

New Proximity unlock

Proximity unlock with the controller, and with the locks you already have

With Bluetooth in JOBBS Lockswitch the door can unlock by itself as the person arrives. Yale, Axis, OpenPath and virtual doors get proximity unlock via the door's location, with Unlock in a notification.

JOBBS Lockswitch: SEK 3,995

Four relays, four digital inputs, cloud-connected. Available in black and white. Then one monthly fee from SEK 595/mo with JOBBS Passage. Variable transaction fees apply per BankID verification and card payment.

It's the controller that makes the access system keyless and fob-free. It's cloud-managed, with no local server on site.
