An unmanned trade counter for business customers
Tradespeople and installers need materials early in the morning and after closing. With JOBBS the business customer verifies at the door, scans the items on their phone and buys on their customer account instead of by card. The customer number is checked against your business system, and the order is sent there for invoicing.
How it works
The business customer's path through the store
- 1 Verify at the door The business customer verifies with BankID and the door opens. The customer is linked to their customer number, which is checked against your business system.
- 2 Scan the materials The customer scans the items with their phone. Items and customer prices come from your business system.
- 3 Buy on account At checkout the customer picks invoice and enters a reference, such as a project. Card payment is available at the same checkout.
- 4 The order goes to your system The order is sent to your business system and invoiced there, just like an order from the counter.

FAQ
Good to know
How do we know the customer may buy on account?
The customer is linked to their customer number when they register or enter the store, and the number is checked against your business system. You can require a customer number to get in, so the store is only open to your business customers.
Which business systems work?
There's a ready integration for Specter. If you use another business system we build the integration together in a pilot. Sales can also be exported as SIE4 for your accounting.
Can private customers shop in the same store?
If you want. You choose whether the store requires a customer number to get in. Without that requirement private customers can shop too and pay by card, and they get a receipt that meets Swedish cash register rules.
What does the store need to get started?
Power, an internet connection to the controller and an electric lock on the door, such as an electric strike or motor lock. If the network drops, the door keeps working locally: permissions live in the controller, not only in the cloud.
