Digital laundry booking — and the door opens for the slot

Replace the booking board and the cylinder lock. Residents book their laundry slot in the app and the door opens for the time — with BankID or a door code tied to the apartment. You see who booked, and when someone moves out you change access instantly instead of changing the lock.

How it works

Book, wash, done

  1. 1 Book a laundry slot Residents book their slot in the app or on the web — the board in the hallway is no longer needed.
  2. 2 The door opens for the slot For the booked time the door opens for the right resident — with BankID or a door code valid for the slot.
  3. 3 Do the laundry The slot is booked and access is personal. No queue at the board and no one taking someone else's time.
  4. 4 Access expires When the slot ends, access stops. The next resident's time is entirely separate from the last.

A fit for

Where it's used

  • BRF laundry rooms
  • Rental properties
  • Shared premises
  • Storage & basements
  • Bike & pram rooms
  • Recycling rooms

From the laundry room to the whole property

Booking that opens the door The laundry slot is the key. The door opens for the time and closes access afterwards — with no board or caretaker.
BankID or a code per resident Residents get in with BankID or a code tied to the apartment. No fobs to order and lose.
Change access on move-out When someone moves out you revoke access instantly — no lock cylinder to change and no code lingering with past residents.
Traceable per apartment Booking and opening are logged against the apartment. Easier to sort out misuse or who left something uncleaned.

FAQ

Good to know

Do all residents need the app or BankID?

No — no BankID and no app required. Anyone who prefers gets a door code tied to the apartment, entered in the phone's browser via the QR sign at the door. A phone with a camera is needed, but nothing to install and no account to create. You choose which ways to open apply in the building.

Do we avoid fobs and cylinder changes?

Yes. Access is digital and controlled centrally. When a resident moves out you revoke access instantly — no cylinder to change and no fobs to collect.

Can we see who booked the slot?

Yes. Every booking and opening is logged against the apartment, which makes follow-up easy and keeps order in the laundry room.

Does the same solution work for storage and bike rooms?

Yes. The same access and booking can cover several spaces — laundry, storage, bike rooms, recycling and shared premises — under one system.

What does it cost the association?

Passage is priced at SEK 595/mo for the first door, SEK 149/mo per additional space and the controller at SEK 3,995 once. In an association of 40 apartments the base price works out around SEK 15 per apartment per month — and no cylinder ever needs changing on move-out.
