Product · Retail for chains

Unmanned retail — built to roll out, store after store.

Your next store shouldn't be a new project. Every new site opens on the same platform as the last: the customer verifies with BankID, shops by self-scanning and pays on their phone — receipts meet cash-register rules and the accounting records land ready, per company. You revoke access instantly, centrally, without driving out to the store. One platform and one contract party, from the first pilot to the whole chain.

The platform

The same system in every store — and revocation that takes effect at once

A chain shouldn't have to maintain a zoo of systems. With JOBBS, access, self-scanning, payment and accounting are one and the same platform — in store one and store fifty.

BankID on every opening Every visitor verifies with BankID before the door opens, and every opening is logged. You know who was inside, in which store and when — not a code that spread around the neighbourhood.
Revoke instantly, centrally Access is granted and revoked from the browser and stops working at once. No one drives out to the store, no codes to change, no fobs to collect.
Door code, QR or SMS when needed Customers without BankID are let in with a time-limited door code, QR or SMS — under the rules you set per store.
One app your customers recognise Anyone who has shopped in one of your stores knows their way around the next. Over 50,000 returning end customers already use the platform.

Rollout

The next store is not a new project

A controller on the door you already have Our cloud-managed controller connects to the existing door and works the lock. No new access system to procure per store, no fobs to manage.
No checkout lane to build The till is the customer's phone. Self-scanning and payment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Swish — the receipt meets cash-register rules and arrives in the app within seconds.
Staffed and unmanned on a schedule Each store switches mode on a schedule, with its own rules per mode — prices, age limits, who gets in. Extend opening hours without extending staffing.
The same every time A new site starts on the same platform and the same flow as the last. The chain grows without growing messy.

Reliability & trust

Reliability is a chain-level question

A hiccup in a single store is an annoyance. The same hiccup times fifty sites is a P&L problem. That's why we measure uptime — and are happy to talk about it.

Monitored around the clock

Every controller reports its health continuously and handles power outages and transient glitches itself. If something breaks, we see it and act — open stays open, even with no one on site.

Swedish cloud, under GDPR

Your data runs on Swedish cloud infrastructure and is processed under GDPR — not scattered across unknown jurisdictions. One thing less for your privacy work with every new site.

One supplier, one support line

Access, checkout, payment and accounting from one contract party. As stores multiply, it's still one counterparty and one support team.

Finance

The books are done — in every company

In a chain, finance is rarely one lump — it's many companies, many VAT returns, many sets of records. JOBBS produces the records where the sale happens.

A compliant receipt on every sale

In every store, on every purchase — with no till staff.

SIE4 records per company, automatically

Accounting records with fees already settled, ready for Fortnox or Visma. Works when every store is its own company — as in a franchise.

No spreadsheet cleanup afterwards

The records are created when the sale happens, not at month-end. Your finance team gets finished files, not raw material.

The path

Start with one store. Grow at your pace.

  1. 1 Pilot store One site, your range, your customers. Real purchases and real openings from day one — not a demo environment.
  2. 2 Evaluate against your own numbers Sales during hours you never used to be open, every visit logged against a verified person. You evaluate on facts, not gut feeling.
  3. 3 Roll out The next store starts on the same platform: a controller on the existing door, the range in the system, staffed and unmanned on a schedule.
  4. 4 Run on with one contract party Operations monitored around the clock, one support line to call and accounting records per company — however many sites you run.

Customer story

In Tegera Arena, Leksands IF and Sticksonline run an unmanned equipment store. Players verify with BankID, walk in, try on and buy when the need arises — all year, with no staff on site.

”Our show homes are now more accessible than ever.” Älvsbyhus shows its houses unmanned — prospects verify with BankID and walk in on their own, with the same platform and the same flow in every show home.

Questions from chains

Good to know before a rollout

How fast can we open the next store?

What usually takes time in a new site — checkout lanes, access systems, integration projects — is already part of the platform. The controller mounts on the door you already have and the till is the customer's phone. The exact pace depends on premises, locks and range; get in touch and we'll plan your rollout.

Does it work with the doors and locks we already have?

In most cases, yes. Our cloud-managed controller drives the electric lock in the existing door — no fobs to hand out and no cylinders to change. If a door only has a mechanical lock, we add an electric one, but you keep the door. Tell us what your entrances look like and we'll answer for your locks specifically.

Can we manage access centrally?

Yes. Access is granted and revoked straight from the browser and stops working immediately — no one has to drive out to the store. Every opening is tied to a verified person, so you know who was inside, in which store and when.

What happens if something fails in a single store?

Operations are monitored around the clock. Every controller reports its health continuously and handles power outages and transient glitches itself; if something breaks, we see it and act — and if you need us, it's one and the same support team, whichever store it is.

Where is our data stored — and what about GDPR?

Data runs on Swedish cloud infrastructure and is processed under GDPR. Every opening is logged against a verified person rather than an anonymous code, giving traceability without you building registers of your own. More on our security and reliability page.

What does it cost per store?

The JOBBS Lockswitch controller is a one-time SEK 3,995, and the platform is quoted by scope — so the price matches your rollout. No setup fee, no service contract, and transaction fees are clearly declared. Get in touch and we'll cost your rollout, store by store.

How do we run the stores as they multiply?

Access is granted and revoked centrally and applies immediately. Range, prices and rules are set per store, in the same platform and the same way — in store one and in store fifty.

Can we start with a pilot store?

Yes — that's how we recommend a chain begins. One store with real customers gives real numbers to evaluate against before you roll out. Contact us for a quote and we'll set up the pilot together.
